Below there are sections dealing with specific areas of our business .

  1. Café and bar : Visitors are required ,in line with Government rules , to wear a face covering (unless medically exempt) when visiting the café . You will be required to wear the face covering in all public areas only removing when seated at your table and when eating and drinking. We will continue to follow Government guidelines and procedures i.e.: Tier systems at all times and will keep you updated by displaying notices in all our public areas.
  2. Alcohol Sales : We operate the Challenge 25 policy . If you look under the age of 25 when ordering an alcoholic drink, you will be asked for photographic ID . Refusal to show ID will result in you not being served .We will not tolerate offensive behaviour towards our staff and anyone behaving in such a way will be asked to leave the premises . Last orders for alcohol sales will be 30 minutes before closing. Please check our website/social media for opening hours as these can vary. We do not offer a postal delivery service for the sale of alcohol from our website . Orders placed on the website for alcohol are for collection and local deliveries only .
  3. On-line sales: The following Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through our on-line store.

A: Delivery :  For orders in the specified OL postcode areas  you will be given a delivery date and time within a three-hour slot. This is subject to change if unforeseen circumstances arise . Should we be unable to fulfil your order , you will be notified, and a full refund offered. We will only attempt delivery once, if you are not going to be home please inform us of a safe place to leave your order. Due to Covid 19 restrictions we will not leave your order with a neighbour. For doorstep deliveries our staff will wear and face covering and will comply with social distancing measures.

  1. Royal Mail : For orders sent out by Royal Mail delivery dates are indicative and not guaranteed as they are out of our control. Please ensure that your correct postal address and postcode are given at the time of ordering as we do not take responsibility for incorrect postal addresses. We do not offer a delivery service for food and drink items by Royal Mail .

C: Cancellations: These should be emailed prior to delivery /postage to hello@olgcafe.co.uk . Please use your order reference number or full name and address to enable us to cancel and make a full refund . For food orders we require 24 hours notice . If you do not notify us in time you will be charged at the full amount of your order.

D: Damaged Items:  If there has been any damage to items  ( non- food) whilst in transit please notify us by email within 24 hours of receipt and we will  investigate and rectify the situation. If your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt . We will investigate and rectify the situation.

E: Enquiries :  For all enquiries regarding orders please email hello@olgcafe.co.uk Your statutory rights are unaffected .

F: Security: Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information regarding personal data.

G: Payment : All prices on our website are in pounds sterling . All payments must be made by credit/debit card or PayPal . On making payment you, the buyer consent to making the relevant payment which will automatically be charged to your bank account .For details on our payment processing services please refer to our Privacy Policy .

H: Food Orders -Pies/Platters: Please note that we work to specific deadlines for food orders and deliveries . Please check our social media platforms and website for ordering details . Full storage and re-heating instructions will be included -once you have taken receipt of your order it is your responsibility to ensure that these guidelines are followed . Platters : the items listed cannot be changed as we only hold a limited stock of all our fresh produce .
